How a beef share works
You pay a deposit when you reserve your share. Once your beef is processed and the final hanging weight is known, we calculate the balance at the per-pound rate for your share and send you a final invoice with your deposit already deducted.
Once your deposit is placed and your beef is scheduled with the processor, we’ll provide them with your name and phone number. On the day of your beef’s appointment, the butcher will call you directly to walk you through the available cuts, how you’d like your beef cut, and how you’d like it packaged. This personal call ensures your beef is cut and packaged exactly the way you want it, so you get the cuts you’ll actually use and enjoy.
Beef is dry-aged 14 days. We'll contact you to arrange delivery or pickup.
