The Champion Valley way

Good beef begins long before dinner.

It starts with the land.

We achieve such great beef through the husbandry of our land. As a regenerative farm, our focus is always on the health of our soil through rotational grazing practices and natural fertilizer provided by our healthy livestock

Raised right here.

We raise carefully selected American Aberdeen and Murray Grey cattle chosen for quality genetics and their ability to marble on grass alone. Raised without growth hormones, antibiotics, or grain, our cattle produce exceptional beef while supporting our regenerative farming practices.

A little help before you order

Good questions. Straight answers.

Ask us a question
Is your beef grass fed and grass finished?

Yes. Our cattle graze pasture, with hay during the winter. We also use a small amount of locally grown rolled peas in finishing. You can read more about the way we feed and care for our herd on our farm page.

Should I start with cuts, a bundle, or a share?

Individual cuts are an easy first order. Bundles offer a selection in one purchase. A quarter, half, or whole beef is for households planning a larger freezer order. Check the packaged weight and freezer space on each share before choosing.

How do pickup and local delivery work?

We do not ship. Every order is either picked up at one of our locations or delivered locally within our service area. Choose your pickup spot, or check local delivery availability for your address, at checkout. If you are reserving a beef share, we will confirm the arrangement with you directly before processing.

How does bulk beef pricing work?

Read the pricing explanation on the share listing. A deposit listing charges the reservation amount today; it does not mean the whole beef share is paid for. The farm will explain the remaining balance, processing costs, timing, and cancellation terms.
